The pressed wood plaque features a team photo of the '69 Mets on its laminated gold metal plate, which is mounted on a walnut brown board.
The players, coaches and staff of the 1969 New York Mets are listed in order of appearance on the team photo.
The top of the plate is inscribed with the words 1969 World Series Champions beneath the Mets' classic logo.
In addition to the team roster, the bottom of the plate lists the Mets' combined regular and postseason record and scores from New York's playoff victories over the Braves and Orioles.
