The pressed wood plaque has a black overlay finish and features a team photo of the '80 Phillies on its laminated gold tone metal plate. The players and coaches of the 1980 Philadelphia Phillies are listed in order of appearance on the team photo taken at Veterans Stadium. The top of the plate is inscribed with the words 1980 World Champions and the classic Phillies logo.
