The pressed wood plaque features a team photo of the '08 Phillies on its laminated gold metal plate, which is mounted on a walnut brown board.
The players, coaches and staff of the 2008 Philadelphia Phillies are listed by their positions underneath the team photo taken at Citizens Bank Park.
The top of the plate is inscribed with the word Champions and includes the official World Series and Phillies logos.
In addition to the team roster, the bottom of the plate lists the Phillies' regular season record (Won 92, Lost 70) and scores from Philadelphia's playoff victories over the Brewers, Dodgers and Rays.
