This collectible photo mint includes an 8" x 10" photo of Dolphin Stadium and two 1.5" diameter coins, one of which contains authentic infield dirt from Dolphin Stadium.
The dirt was collected and carefully adhered to a bronze coin under the watchful eye of authenticator Deloitte & Touche. A second coin, plated with 24-karat gold, includes the Marlins logo and the year the franchise was established in Florida.
A certificate of authenticity, which lists specifics about the ballpark and the collectible, is placed between the two coins.
Limited in edition to 5,000 pieces, each photomint comes with a numbered hologram that allows its owner to verify the dirt's authenticity and date of collection online at Major League Baseball's website.
The piece is double-matted in Marlins colors and placed in an attractive black molded wood frame. It's ready to hang out of the box!
