The Seattle Mariners 2012 Opening Day signature field collectible features a large glossy photo of Safeco Field with facsimile signatures superimposed on it.
The 10" x 18" ballpark photo was taken on April 13, 2012, when the Mariners played their home opener against the A's, and the signatures of all of Seattle's starters on that day are placed near the players' respective positions on the field. Also included are signatures from many of the other players on the Mariners' season opening roster. The name of each player is beneath their signature, of which there are 20.
Presented in a black wood frame, the entire piece measures 12" high by 20" wide and only 2,012 were made. Each is individually numbered below the Mariners logo in the lower right-hand corner of the photo, which is protected by plexiglass.
