The Philadelphia Phillies 2012 Opening Day signature field collectible features a large glossy photo of Citizens Bank Park with facsimile signatures superimposed on it.
The 10" x 18" ballpark photo was taken on April 9, 2012, when the Phillies played their home opener against the Marlins, and the signatures of most of Philadelphia's starters on that day are placed in the players' respective positions on the field. Also included are signatures from most of the other players on the Phillies' season opening roster. The name of each player is beneath their signature, of which there are 23.
Presented in a black wood frame, the entire piece measures 12" high by 20" wide and only 2,012 were made. Each is individually numbered below the Phillies logo in the lower right-hand corner of the photo, which is protected by plexiglass.

2012 Philadelphia Phillies Signature Field Detail
The Phillies Signature Field contains facsimile signatures. A facsimile signature is an exact copy of a player's real autograph. So the signatures you see look real, but they are actually reproductions.
Signatures from 8 of the 9 Phillies home opening day starters and 15 additional team members are on the photo of Citizens Bank Park. Those players are listed below:
Signatures of the starters:
Cole Hamels, Carlos Ruiz, John Mayberry, Freddy Galvis, Jimmy Rollins, Placido Polanco, Shane Victorino, Hunter Pence
* The signature from Juan Pierre (LF) is missing because the manufacturer didn't have it on file

Antonio Bastardo, Joe Blanton, Roy Halladay, David Herndon, Ryan Howard, Kyle Kendrick, Cliff Lee, Pete Orr, Jonathan Papelbon, Brian Schneider, Michael Stutes, Jim Thome, Chase Utley, Ty Wigginton, Vance Worley
